Facilities: 5 Violin Rooms - room for 25 in each, 1 Viola Room, room for 45 , 1 cello room, room for 60,1 Bass room, room for 30, 1 Harp Room, room for up to 4 Harps.   Judges room, for up to 40 adults, Computer room with tables and chairs, up to 4 adults and equipment. .
Staffing: 2 Violin panels, 1 Viola panel, 1 Cello panel,  1 Bass/ Harp panel, 8 Monitors, 2 computer, 1 host=  36 staff
Special note: Each school should provide at least one parent to act as a monitor. Teachers will assist with tuning students before each audition.
